Deal Maker Forum 2.0 brings people from across Malaysia’s property industry together to learn, share experiences and get to know each other.
The focus is on real deals, real challenges and practical lessons. There’s no recruitment or agency promotion in the sessions, so everyone can join in, whichever agency they’re from.
Day 1 is about the tools changing property work: AI, video content, data, property management and ways to save time on everyday tasks.
Day 2 brings you stories from the people closing the deals, with sessions on team leadership, subsales, land, financing and social media.

The programme runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days. On-site parking is available at RM10 flat rate. Spaces are limited; please carpool where possible.

This forum is for property negotiators, team leaders, agency managers and others working in property across Malaysia. Around 450 people are expected. You’re welcome whichever agency you’re from, and the sessions focus on experiences you can learn from.

Meals aren’t included. You can eat at the hotel or a nearby restaurant at your own cost. We asked about vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences to help the hotel estimate numbers. That doesn’t mean a meal has been booked for you.
